I aim to provide my customers with as much information as possible not only about my products, but also the shop terms.  If you have a query that is not covered here or on my other informational pages, please do not hesitate to contact me as I will be delighted to help.

PRODUCT IMAGES AND INFORMATION

I do my very best to ensure that the information featured on this site is as accurate as possible and provides all of the information necessary for ease of ordering.

The images and descriptions merely represent a general nature of the products.  To assist with ordering I have included approximate dimensions for each product featured.  Each piece is individually handcut and finished, so minor differences in finish can occur, reflecting the unique nature of each piece.

I reserve the right to alter the designs of those featured in the online store and I will of course up-date the web site from time to time in line with this.  I reserve the right to change the availability of lines featured on the online store at any time.

PRICING

I would like to point out that sometimes mistakes may occur on prices that appear in the online store. I do of course make every effort possible to ensure that this does not happen. I reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. I will ensure that any mistakes that are highlighted to me are amended as quickly as possible.

I reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

PAYMENT

Prices are clearly stated and do not include VAT as Pia’s Panes is not a VAT registered company.

Payment is by card via Stripe, BACs or through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay this way.

AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS

I cannot accept any amendments or cancellations to items that are specifically made to order.  Any other amendments to standard orders should be emailed to me immediately and although I cannot promise, I will do my very best to deal with your request. Please refer to my page on returns for further information.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All of my designs are protected by design right and copyright and may not be copied or reproduced in any form. Any unauthorised use is an infringement of that legal copyright.

LEGALITIES

Any dispute regarding a purchase made from this site will be governed under Scottish law.

DISCLAIMER

All my products are made to a greater extent of glass and can be sharp when damaged.  They are not toys and should be kept out of the reach of children.  They should also be carefully handled to avoid dropping and also unpacked with care after receipt.  I pack the items with great care, and although I choose the best methods I can for delivery I am not in control of the delivery process.  Therefore, and sensible approach should be maintained with any handling of the products.
